[7SP] Tease

The sky tended to go white when there was a blizzard.

She knew that there was a perfectly logical reason for that—mainly, that it was snowing—but she always found it such a weird contradiction. Other than that, the only reason she had for looking out the window was figuring whether or not she’d make it out of Aaron’s building and to the train station without getting lost in the snow, never mind whether or not the trains were running. She knew it was early, and things could still go either way, but for now she knew she was at least stuck in Jersey. Which meant she was not making it into work.

She really didn’t have a problem with that.

Shivering at the cold feel of Aaron’s floor under her feet, she tiptoed her way back over to the bed and slipping under the covers next to him. She had donned one of his shirts when she went to make the phone calls, but she left it on once she was back in bed, cuddling in closer to him as she pulled the blankets up around them again. He was still out cold, and she didn’t plan on waking him—or more to the point—letting him wake up at all. In another minute, she was gently straddling his waist, before reaching across him to switch off his alarm clock. She’d heard the message on his machine that said he didn’t have to work, anyway. No harm in letting him sleep before he found out.

However, she never said that stealthy was her strong suit.

His hands gripped her thighs as she settled above him, and she turned back to face him, smirking slightly as he looked up at her with sleepy eyes. He was adorable first thing in the morning—not that she’d ever tell him that. He’d try and talk her out of it, and she didn’t want to pick a fight right then.

“What’re you doin’?”

“You’re not going to work today,” she said with a nod, before switching off the alarm and settling closer to him.

“Says who?”

“Says Mother Nature,” she smirked, resting an elbow on the pillow next to his head. “Can’t build things outside if it’s snowin’, babe.”

His head tilted back, looking for the window and seeing the snow coming down in sheets. “No. Guess you can’t.”

She smirked slightly, before leaning in to drop a kiss against the side of his neck lightly. “And you’re stuck with me all day, too.”

“That so?”

“Mmm-hmmm. Trains aren’t working. And I’m not making anybody drive me through this mess to get me back to the city.”

Aaron nodded for a moment, before running his hands up her thighs gently. “So I get you all to myself, for a whole day, and we can’t go anywhere.”

“Yup. Unless you don’t have any food. In which case, we’d need to go out for that.”

“I have food,” he said with a nod, starting to nudge her hips back and pushing her hips back against his. Her eyes closed at the sensation, and she started to rock her hips back against his, enjoying the pressure of him against her. “Though I can think of better things to eat.”

She rolled her eyes before leaning in to kiss him gently, wrapping her arms around his neck. “Why don’t you just screw me now, and we’ll worry about what’s better to eat after?”

His hands slid up under his shirt, pulling it off over her head and letting his hands wander across her skin as he slid back down. “I think that sounds like a really good plan.”

“Good,” she grinned. “I’m glad.”
